The breakfast was decent, with a typical Chilean spread of ham, cheese, and fresh fruit. the room was cozy and had a beautiful rustic feel to it. We really enjoyed being close to the countryside and being able to take long walks along the winding roads. the location was also very convenient for visiting nearby wineries and vineyards.
The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. We had a problem with our hot tub not heating up and it took forever to get someone to come and help us.

I slept in a wine barrel! The hotel location is perfect for winery visits and mountain trips. The staff was friendly and helpful. The creative antiques decoration was intriguing.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent a nice Easter weekend in a quiet place outside the city with great restaurant and amazing swimming pool. Rooms are very clean with great decoration, and the staff is helpful and friendly. A great advantage to enjoy was the unique wine barrel accommodation option and the hassle-free stay. The surrounding scenery and the local area is perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon.
The location of the place is not ideal, as it is difficult to find, especially if arriving after dark. We had difficulty with arranging our airport pickup by email, so it is recommended you call instead.
